The NetScouts Basketball USA All-Stars advanced to 8-0 on their 9-game China tour with wins over Lithuania and Germany. One game against China completes the tour.

The USA All-Stars pretty much destroyed Lithuania 102-75. The USA got on them from the tip, came up with numerous steals and shot over 60% for the game. Anthony Gurley and Tyler Cain led the USA with 19 points each. Lance Jeter played another solid overall game with 17 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Lamonte Ulmer scored in double-figures again with 15 points.

The USA All-Stars defeated Germany last night by a score of 90-74. We do not have statistics on the game as the main computer broke in the third quarter. The USA led the entire game, a very ugly game with two tired teams.

The USA has been playing short-handed as LaMarcus Reed left the tour for a summer league tryout with the Portland Trail Blazers, Orion Outerbridge has missed the last four games with a sprained ankle, Lamonte Ulmer was the victim of a tough screen and Adam Waddell has come down with a case of food poisoning. We’ll soldier on tonight, hoping to get some minutes from Outerbridge and Waddell.

The final game is tonight against China. The Chinese were upset last night by Lithuania.
